These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DRESSES DI online store and the purchase of products offered through our website.

This address also serves as our warehouse and return address.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

DRESSES DI specializes in the sale of women’s clothing. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • pricing or product description errors
  • unavailability of products

Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations. DRESSES DI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please note that we do not have a return warehouse in Europe. Returns can only be shipped to Russia.

You may request a return within 14 calendar daysfrom the date you receive your order.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at info@dressesdi.com with your order number.

Option 1: You organize the return yourself - we'll send you the return address. Please share the tracking number with us afterwards.

Option 2: We can provide a return label for you.

Please be aware that returns to our warehouse are shipped only via DHL. The cost for this is between €24.90 and €38.90, depending on your country and package size, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • have all original tags and labels attached
  • be returned in its original packaging, where applicable

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibilityof the buyer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Upon successful inspection of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 9-14 business days for the amount to be credited.

7. Return Address

All returns must be sent exclusively to our warehouse located in the Russian Federation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

Complaints will only be processed on the day you receive the package. Any complaints received afterwards will not be processed.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dressesdi.com so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Cancellation of an Order

We pack orders on the day we receive them and dispatch them early in the morning on the next business day.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the DRESSES DI website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of DRESSES DI and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRESSES DI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Russian Federation.
