These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DRESSES DI online store and the purchase of products offered through our website.

DRESSES DI specializes in the sale of women’s clothing. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • pricing or product description errors
  • unavailability of products

Payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations. DRESSES DI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and unworn
  • all original tags and labels must remain attached
  • the item must be in its original condition
  • the item must be returned in its original packaging, where applicable

After inspection and approval of the returned item, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping charges paid for the original delivery are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All returns must be sent exclusively to our warehouse located in the Russian Federation.

Please note that DRESSES DI no longer maintains any warehouse, collection point, or return facility within Europe. Customers located in Europe are responsible for arranging the shipment of returned goods to the Russian return address stated above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue.

Where a claim is approved, DRESSES DI will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
