Yes, returns are possible within 14 days. Our return warehouse is in Russia. To request a return, please contact us by email at info@dressesdi.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Our founder is very allergic herself, so we only work with skin-friendly fabrics that feel soft and smooth on the skin.

We mainly work with viscose, cupro, linen and cotton - natural, breathable and comfortable for all-day wear, even for sensitive skin.

Our satin dresses and sarin skirts are made from polyester, but a very high-quality, skin-friendly kind that feels silky smooth and gentle on the skin.

We work closely with 2 small ateliers in Kyrgyzstan - over the years we've built an almost family-like relationship with them.

One atelier creates our everyday dresses, the other supplies us with our evening gowns and exclusive fabric rolls that you can also find in our store.

For us this means: fair prices for our tailors, short supply chains, real handcraft and quality we can stand behind 100%. No mass production - made with love and respect.

Yes, some dresses need 8-12 business days for delivery.

These items are always clearly marked, and the delivery time is also noted again in the product description.

If you order express dresses together with dresses that have a longer delivery time, the whole order will be shipped in 8-12 business days.

If you want your order to be shipped separately, so your express items arrive first, we are happy to arrange that for you - just contact us after your order. 

No. We ship DDP - Delivery Duties Paid. This means all customs duties and import taxes are already paid by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Yes. We have been shipping worldwide without interruption since 2021 with our express shipping partner. You will receive a valid tracking number and your parcel is fully trackable until delivery.

We actually had a warehouse in Europe before, but we had to close it. Our pieces come from Kyrgyzstan and are transported via Russia, and we kept having complications with our truck deliveries.

At the moment we ship directly from our production, but we still offer fast shipping to Europe and worldwide.

We are planning to reopen a shop / warehouse in Europe again soon after the sanctions.
