RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DRESSES DI, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • have all original tags and labels attached
  • be returned in its original packaging, where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. DRESSES DI does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse return shipping expenses.

Please note that our warehouse is located in the Russian Federation. We do not have a warehouse, return center, or collection point in Europe.

Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with further instructions regarding the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dressesdi.com so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
